Aqua Aerobics is aerobic exercise in the water a fun, effective and safe way to get into shape while using rhythmic music and the waters resistance to get you fit. Anyone can do aquatic exercises, regardless of factors like fitness levels, obesity, age, and health conditions. Aqua aerobic is ideal for overweight people, people recovering from injury or surgery, for heart problems, backache or knees ache as well as for pregnant women. (We also offer a specific Maternity swim class, also only available in Japanese currently). If you want to have fun and get fit Aqua Aerobics is a great way to do it.

Current Availability

You can try out our Aqua aerobics classes either on Tuesday at 9.45 or Friday at 9.45. The lesson will be held in Japanese, but it is quite easy to follow the instructions shown. You can try this class for 750 baht (45 mins class).
