Swim Team
The Swim Team is by invitation only. Age ranges from approximately 7 years - 17 years of age. This program is aimed at talented advanced swimmers, who's classes will be either 45 minutes to 1 hour long. This program is very rigorous, where we will be working on stamina and speed training; proper racing dives and flip turns. All swimmers in this group will be preparing for regular swim races with the LETS Swim Team.
At Soi 31, our pool is a little smaller, with more 45 mins classes available. Please call the office to check for any changes in the schedule.
